G. Greene Construction completed the site and utility work to over 30,000 S/F of space in Everett, MA that will house a new Self Storage Unit. The first phase of the project entailed excavation and backfill of the area as well as stripping and disposing of the top layer of soil and debris enabling the installation of several geo-piles. The second phase of the site work required the G. Greene team to coordinate and construct over 100 interior concrete column footings. Once the building was complete, the Greene team returned to finalize the site paving, landscaping and signage.
