Dermatology Suite
The G. Greene team recently completed a 4,000 S/F renovation to an existing Dermatology Suite at Mass General.  Our estimating team worked closely with the architect and MGH throughout the entire process to make sure all the owner's budgetary requirements were met.  The team's objective was to create a clinical space that would be an efficient and pleasing environment for patients and staff alike.  New work included removal and replacement of perimeter PTAC units and the installation of a new split HVAC system. Six exam rooms were renovated within the suite as well as a new reception desk and surrounding work stations. Metal support structures were provided for the exam room's lights and new finishes were added to give the space a more welcoming feel. The project was completed on time meeting the schedule requirements set forth by MGH.
