G. Greene is Gold Sponsor at Champions for Children's
On December 2, 2008, Children’s Hospital hosted their annual Champions for Children’s fundraiser held at the Seaport World Trade Center. Over 1,000 businesses and sports figures attended the event with ESPN’s Chris Berman and WEEI’s Glen Ordway as hosts for the evening. G. Greene Construction was a Gold Sponsor for the event. Bob Greene donated his boat the Shelby Rose for a top notch fishing adventure as a silent auction item. Children’s Hospital raised nearly $3 million to support medical research for new treatments and cures. G. Greene is honored once again to be part of this yearly event.
