G. Greene Construction is currently building a new Ambulatory Care Clinic for Boston Children's North facility in Peabody, MA.  The project involves the conversion of an existing 40 foot high-bay warehouse into a two story Ambulatory Clinic. The scope of work includes the addition of a new multi-level glass mezzanine entry lobby that will house the main elevators and grand stair case. It will become the central hub for the new clinic and future surgical suites. The first floor renovations feature a full service radiology department including, MRI, radiography, fluoroscopy, and ultrasound facilities. The second floor provides clinical support, exam rooms and office spaces.  In addition, the modifications include a full upgrade to the mechanical systems, boiler plants, rooftop HVAC and exhaust fans for the entire project.  The exterior skin will receive a complete overhaul, adding a glass curtain wall and multi-colored insulated panel systems to compliment the new entrance canopy.  As the Construction Manager and Builder, G. Greene will self-perform all rough/finish carpentry and site work.  G. Greene will work closely with the hospital staff and the surrounding businesses to ensure that the construction process does not disturb any of their daily operations..

It seems that we always ask the unthinkable of G. Greene Construction, in terms of meeting our very, very demanding schedule, and they never fail to achieve our goals – both with regard to schedule and quality of workmanship.
