G. Greene recently completed the window and façade replacement project at SBLI in Woburn, MA. Within the last few years, the existing five story building has suffered severe water damage throughout 50% of the inside perimeter and partial damage to the interior floors. G. Greene worked within the occupied facility to demolish and replace the existing studs, drywall, light gauge metal and insulation. In addition, over 245 windows were removed and re-installed with more effective water resistant materials. The project entailed working around an aggressive schedule while the building remained fully operational throughout the process.
