G. Greene recently completed a 3,000 S/F fit-out of an existing laboratory into a state-of-the-art Environmental Sustainability Laboratory at Tufts University.  The scope of work included installation of a new air handling unit, emergency generator, boiler, RODI equipment, lab benches, bio-safety cabinets and fume hoods. Because construction took place while the building remained operational to both students and faculty, G. Greene carefully coordinated the safest and most efficient scheduling and phasing plan to complete the project on time.

It seems that we always ask the unthinkable of G. Greene Construction, in terms of meeting our very, very demanding schedule, and they never fail to achieve our goals – both with regard to schedule and quality of workmanship.
