The G. Greene team completed extensive renovations to more than
300 guest rooms at the Doubletree Guest Suites. Renovations spanned throughout
floors 3 through 16. The scope of work on all floors included select demolition,
plumbing upgrades, new ceramic tile flooring, as well as modifications to the
bathrooms. In addition, the 3rd through 7th floors received new carpeting, wall
covering, and paint. Construction was performed without disruption to the
guests and staff.
