This facilities consolidation project encompasses an 11,505 square foot, rectangular, metal structure and its adjacent area. Trucks used by the company's gas division will be housed within this massive garage. A walkway leading towards the back of the building is divided into two rows with spaces for each truck to park. Within each space is an electrical docking bay equipped with a dedicated circuit for diesel trucks to plug into and recharge at night.
Also incorporated into the building design is an employee locker room, an external storage space for piping materials, and new light poles across the property. Site improvements include: a rebuild of the surrounding parking lot, and an installation of a new drainage system.
