We understand that no two clients or projects are alike. Therefore before we assign a project team careful assessment of our clients' program, needs and constraints are reviewed so that the proper team of experts are integrated.  We have found that when participating in the pre-construction development and pricing of any project we can provide the most comprehensive product for the best possible price.  Appropriate and consistent staffing is essential to the success of any endeavor as well as maintaining the same project team throughout.  We collaborate with Architects, Engineers and Consultants to formulate a design that exceeds the original concept or vision, all the while maintaining the budget and schedule.
