The pre-construction process is part of the G. Greene way of life. We help to carefully plan and implement various programs at each of the institutions in which we work. As a self-performing builder and contractor we dedicate and maintain full-time staff whose primary focus is the project at hand. There is no "bait and switch" as the team listed in a proposal will be the group implementing the project. Additional staffing is added when necessary in order to maintain proper flow on a project. Continuity throughout the process is the key to success. In addition, we implement all permitting internally, as all of our personnel have extensive experience in procuring permits for construction.
