G. Greene functioned as the general contractor for this 10,000 square foot office fit-out project to create workspace for the hospitals administrative staff. A new HVAC system, fire protection, and lighting system were installed throughout the area. Offices were built across the open floor. A cafeteria and kitchen area were added as well. Existing plumbing and other mechanical piping was left exposed along with a column capital and concrete deck above to achieve a modern industrial look. Throughout the duration of the project, Greene worked closely with the building manager to coordinate convenient shutdowns for the existing tenants.
