Lunch and Ready Rooms

G. Greene recently completed multi-phased renovations at NSTAR's Dorchester location. The project consisted of alterations to the Lunch and Ready rooms as well as the women's locker room area. Within the Lunch and Ready Rooms, demolition to existing masonry wall and door frames was required. New light fixtures and devices were also installed to give the rooms a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. In addition, new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems were installed throughout the space. Phase 2 included the demolition and renovation of the women's locker room area. Existing walls, ceilings, finishes, lockers, plumbing and mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded. The locker room project also entailed modifications and upgrades to the fire protection and HVAC systems.
