G. Greene was selected to provide construction management services for this multi-phased renovation and new construction project. Approximately 21,000 sq. ft. of existing space was transformed on the second floor of the Amesbury & Nichols Building to establish a new Ambulatory Care Clinic. Child friendly colors and art cover the walls of the clinic, which is comprised of two nurses' stations, exam rooms, an adult's waiting area, a children's waiting area, and radiology rooms. New power distribution systems, and HVAC piping were installed throughout the space.
