This project consisted of a complete fit-out to house a new state-of-the-art blood donor suite. Included in the new space is a waiting area, nurses’ station and donor bays, nourishment and interview rooms, staff lounge and offices. In addition, we completed upgrades to the building’s main lobby, corridor and ADA restrooms. Our project team coordinated with the building staff and another General Contractor working in the building to ensure all work was sequenced properly so as not to disrupt patients and tenants in the building. This project was completed in just 3 months exceeding the original schedule.
