G. Greene Construction was hired as the Construction Manager to improve the traffic flow in and out of the hospital and to create safer pedestrian travel. In order to achieve this new front and entry roads were created as well as new sidewalks and parking lot improvements. With a detailed phasing plan and off hour work it kept the traffic flowing seamlessly during the transformation. This allowed the hospital to function without disruption to its staff, patients and visitors.
