The G. Greene Civil Division successfully upgraded the electrical substation for the Holden Municipal Light Plant. The scope of the project involved several key enhancements, including the installation of drilled shaft foundations and precast manholes.

G. Greene team implemented below-grade conduit systems and a transformer drainage pipe, complemented by a precast oil-water separator tank and pumping chamber.
To further strengthen the infrastructure, cast-in-place concrete piers, footings, and containment walls were installed. The project also featured the creation of a transformer containment pit, which was equipped with a geocomposite liner and a CMU blast wall for added safety. The effort concluded with thorough site grading and asphalt paving, ensuring a well-finished and functional facility.
