Description
The G. Greene Civil and Utility division provided major electrical infrastructure upgrades in order to improve reliability to their system. This project involved construction of 1 new substation, expansion and rebuilding of three additional substations, and over 1,000 feet of new 115kV duct banks.
Approach
- Phased the electrical infrastructure upgrade into four phases
- Sequenced work to maintain functionality when upgrading existing substations
- Custom fabricated stone veneer substation screen wall for neighborhood appearances
- Maintained extremely sensitive neighbor relations throughout duration of the project
- Worked in an environmentally sensitive are and maintained all requirements

- Upgraded new substation in Holbrook, MA
