We are looking for Candidates who possess excellent communication and computer skills with the ability to work in a team environment. Candidates must possess a BS in Engineering or Construction Management and have at least 1 year experience. Knowledge of Procore Software a plus. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be involved in all facets of daily construction related issues. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, preliminary review, packaging and processing of submittals and shop drawings. Track and update subcontractor change order requests, prepare change order requests to review with the project manager, and delivery and drawing log preparation and update of the site drawings, RFI’s and COR’s. Procore Software Experience a plus.
