Yawkey Family Inn19th Century Victorian residential house converted into a home for families whose children are undergoing treatment at Children’s Hospital Boston. Also included is a 5,000 S/F addition.

Construction of a Neuroscience Lab located on the 2nd Floor of the South Cove Building at Tufts University School of Medicine.
SSG Development
Site and utility work to more than 30,000 S/F of space to house a new Self Storage Unit located in Everett, MA. The project entailed excavation and backfill of the area, as well as stripping and disposing of the top layer of soil and debris enabling the installation of several geo-piles.

Yawkey Family Inn
This house was restored with 21st century amenities that included a sitting area, 22 bedrooms and a large kitchen. Historic preservation to the interior millwork and new hardwood flooring was installed throughout the entire house.
Dana-Farber Cancer InstituteThis state-of-the-art pediatric clinic included exam/treatment rooms, waiting area, play area, pharmacy and blood drawing room. The clinic remained operational throughout construction.
