Morgan Chemistry Lab

G. Greene Construction converted 2,100 S/F of existing outdated lab space into a modern muscle and tissue growth laboratory. Work consisted of demolition, installation of new walls, ceilings and flooring, along with high end laboratory benches containing oxygen, natural gas and compressed air. New vinyl flooring and acoustical ceiling tiles were added to the space. Throughout renovations, the surrounding areas, both adjacent and below, were occupied. The space below contained a sensitive hearing lab that required absolute silence on a regular basis. The G. Greene team successfully completed work with little disturbance to the surrounding areas. This project was completed on schedule in only four months.
